Very convenient and practical as first stay in Chile. Breakfast was nice and fresh, with attendants constantly refilling it as needed. Easy to schedule and pay for airport taxi from front desk. Location had lots of restaurant variety in close walking distance. Room is very functional and clean, no carpet.

, facilities, staff, and particularly the location. I didn’t know that you should avoid the city centre of Santiago, so this came very good as it is close to metro, to the big shopping centre, there is a Walmart express (líder) nearby, in general is great.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The location is good: Manuel Montt metro station is close by and it's about a half hour's walk to the Fine Arts Museum (on the edge of downtown Santiago).

The hotel was always super clean and secure. It also has a great location and lots of facilities nearby.

The location is very good, Providencia. The staff was very kind and friendly. I love the breakfast, very fresh fruits, delicious bread and good coffee.

The hotel is great. Like all the Ibis. The area in Santiago has turned into a very rough and criminally inclined area. Very sad to see how bad and out of hand it has gotten. The hotel still seems to be holding up in such a tough neighborhood!

We had a very nice stay in Ibis. We got help from Reynaldo one day and he came in really fast and he helped us.
